had to leave with wet hair since sandy didn't get a chance to blow dry it. reasoning being they were closing but she had finished my haircut 20 minutes before closing time. also i asked for layers and my hair was basically cut straight across, the only layers were my curtain bangs which i already had before going in. this is absolutely not what i wanted at all. last year i got my layers done here and they were great, Sandy ruined everything and my hair has been desecrated. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. maybe if i could have seen my hair dry i could have had her fix it (by fix it i mean add layers instead of giving me a blunt cut). i think sandy should cut her friends hair in her living room for a few months then apply for a job at supercuts. in 2022 a girl with a bob did my layers PERFECTLY, forgot her name though.also to clarify. my hair isn't some awful monstrosity i suppose. it's just a BLUNT CUT!! i could have done that myself. instead i wasted my time and money on this tomfoolery. there's nothing i hate more than a blunt cut straight across cut. no offense, but they're abysmal. i look like that girl from the grudge, at least her look is kitsch.

Second time getting a haircut here. Perfect cuts everytime. Selene is an amazing hair stylist! I’ll always come back to her from now on. She’s very professional and her attention to detail is really good. I am a happy customer. Highly recommend this salon and Selene for haircuts. You won’t regret it. 10/10

The hairstylist took the time listening to my vision and I finally found my dream hair salon! Saved my hair. They were genuine and respectful towards me. I can’t remember their names (i’m sorry!!) but it was a blonde woman and the manager who helped me. I went to Giovanni’s to FIX a butchered haircut. I went to them the same day it got butchered by a different salon. They did my hair in less than 50 minutes even though it was really bad and really messed up. They genuinely took the time with my hair and fixed it all the way around. They also told me an action plan for my hair to grow back what was incorrectly chopped off. I appreciate them and they helped me feel better about my hair and myself even after what it went through.
